I acknowledge that these images and recordings may be used for the aforementioned purposes without additional notification, and I waive any right to review or approve the final products. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my likeness or voice, and that all rights to the images, videos, and recordings, along with any derivative works, are owned by NYC Secret's
This consent is perpetual, irrevocable, and binding on me and my heirs or assigns. I release Craig Richardson Of NYC Secret's and its representatives from any claims or liabilities related to the use of my images or recordings, including privacy invasion or copyright infringement. This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, overriding any previous communications or agreements regarding this matter.
